The acidity of Verdello is equal to a value of no less than 5.5%. The dimensions are medium – small and weighs around 100 grams. Verdello is not produced by a specific plant, but derives from a particular cultivation technique, which by giving less water to the plant forces it to flower and bear fruit between May and September.
